Whenever I try to run Norton Disk Doctor, I get an error message that says:

"The OS, or another process, currently has exclusive access to this drive, or some of its files. NDD cannot continue"

What does this mean, and how can I fix this?

which version of norton do you have and what os are you using?
if you are running w2k or xp, you need at least 2002 version of norton utilities. you also should have been given the option of running ndd at startup. if you want to run it, start w/command prompt and run it from there.
