cannot start up windows unless i use safe mode

    i cannot start up windows normally on my computer anymore. when i do, a blue screen comes up saying that "the problem has been caused by the following file: win32k.sys"
    i'm not sure what i have to do to that file if i have to do anything.

    have you installed any new hardware or software
