I have Windows ME I cannot update any critical programs, when I hit install
buttons, I wait but nothing there is a box telling to wait for download but it never comes so I press cancel and rpcrt4.dll comes up. :)
also, I come up with a blank screen after clipping on some place to go
for example I am in my mail room and maybe I click on like, win a vacation or
come win a new car, I clip and a blank screen comes up and also I may clip
on a url and blank screen comes up. I take that some url and put in my brower
    address bar and it works

if you know the numbers of the updates you need you can download the updates manually
