Hi all,

I'm about to venture out on a new hobby, and I'm in need of a bit of assistance.

I have very recently ordered a canon eos 4000d. Then I realised I don't know how many times zoom
it has . I am unable to find out on the internet for some reason, Could someone please help me out on this.

Thanks, wizzkid

depends on what lens you have purchased if those lenses
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoom_lens
Zoom lenses are often described by the ratio of their longest to shortest focal lengths. For example, a zoom lens with focal lengths ranging from 100 mm to 400 mm may be described as a 4:1 or "4×" zoom. ... The markings on these lenses usually say W and T for "Wide" and "Telephoto"
you have a lens 18 - 55
55/18 = 3:1 or 3x

you have a 75 - 300
300/75 = 4:1 or 4x

both lenses
300/18 = 16.7:1 or 16.7x
although there is a gap between 55 and 75 , which in the real world should not make a lot of difference

hope that helps
