my digital ixus 300 software(canon zoom browser) is very unstable on my system. everything is ok until i try to delete photos. then the system shuts down and gives me error codes.
i uninstalled then re-installed but the problem still the same.
i guess i removed everything when i uninstalled the 1st time but there were still old photos when the installed the 2nd time.
is it possible to find out if there is a software conflict on the system.
    thanks:)

    Hiya

When these error codes come up, are there any Details Buttons? If so, can you copy/paste the contents. If there aren't, can you tell us the error codes?

Lets have a look at your startup Programs. Go to Run and type MSINFO32. If you get an error, Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Information.
On the left choose Software Enviroment, then Startup Programs. Copy/paste the list here. If you cannot, Action | Save as Text File and copy/paste that way.

    Also, what is your OS?

    Regards
