When printing from MS Outlook, my Canon TS702 printer always demands paper in the rear tray even when I specify the cassette. This problem does not occur with other apps.

Here's my system info:

What version of outlook?
In outlook 2007 there are 2 places to set paper source.
When you go to file print
next to the printer name is a properties box. Check paper source is set to tray 1(or cassette)
Then under where the printer is listed is page setup.
Click on that > Paper Tab> Paper source. Check paper source is set to tray 1(or cassette)

I have Outlook 2010. I set the paper source to Cassette & OK the settings. When I then reopen the properties, the Paper Source is set back to Rear Tray!
My preference would be to use 'Automatically Select' which I imagine would only print from the rear tray if there was paper loaded there. But, as with the above, when I do that & then go back to Properties, it is changed to Rear Tray.

When I change the paper source to cassette I presumed it would be saved when I select OK. However when I go to properties again, it shows as Rear Tray
When I choose Page Setup -> Paper, & select Cassette, it seems to stay set as cassette. This will probably be OK since I rarely use the rear tray.
Thanks very much for your help Peter!
