Cant Access IE Options

    Very strange. I try to access Options under the TOOL menu in Internet Explorer and get an error message:

    This operation has been canced due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Contact system admnistrator.


    The strange thing is that I never had this problem before and haven't changed anything. I am the administrator of my computer.
