I have 2 computers that are having some issues accessing a couple websites and also downloading and installing software. It appears that I can't access gmail.com and hostedendpoint.spn.com It appears to be certain users who do not have local admin privileges on their machine. If I give them local admin privileges I can access the sites above. I looked in the registry and added Domain Users to the HKCU registry with Full Control. Even by doing that when they are logged in with Power User rights they still can not hit the sites. Any ideas what the problem could be? If I log in as one of these users with Power User rights and then run iexplore.exe as Admin they then can access those sites.

I know it is not a network or network card issue. I can ping gmail.com by name with no issues as well. I have even flushed my DNS and still the problem occurs.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Bout to pull my hair out.
