    hey...

My PC's survived about three bad malware attacks in the last seven months. After all that, I didn't have any problems with my PC until about a few hours ago after cleaning my removable drive. Apparently, I couldn't access my registry, instead I get a nice little message saying: "Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator." I Try searching the web on how to re enable the registry, but they all don't work somehow. I try editing with another registry editor, but any changes I make don't seem to have any effect. And what am I doing editing the registry, you may ask? I feel really comfortable being able to see everything on my computer, so I have this set:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced] "ShowSuperHidden"=dword:00000001

which shows all the hidden files on the system. So, somehow, while cleaning my removable drive, this key reverted back to 0 and I've been trying to change it ever since.

Now I suspect malware, probably from my removable drive. here's the HijackThis log and my system specs:

    okay, now I'm really concerned.

Earlier today, I did a little transfer of pictures through my memory card. I open up the memory card on another system, and the antivirus pops up, saying something about an autorun trojan. The memory card was just formatted before I placed the files in there, so I'm suspecting the trojan came from my system. Not good... :(

Here is a more recent HJT log:
