Can't access web pages

    hi- my os is win98se. (i'm working on another pc) i can get online but can't access anything. i got the error windows\system\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm , page cannot be displayed, unable to locate server, page cannot be found.
    i've googled the shdoclc.dll error but can't get to the web sites suggested. can anybody help me?

    Do the Panda on-line virus scan listed below, to start. The Sygate firewall is also highly recommended if you currently are not running one or behind a firewalled network router.

    After the virus scan, a call to your ISP's technical support phone lines is a good starting point to ensure all your dial-up/broadband access settings are correct.
