I did a system restore a few days ago hoping to get rid of a file. I leave my PC on most of the time. Turned it off last night. Now it won't boot up. It doesn't even show the BIOS info. No beeps.

There is power going in the PC. The Hard Drive looks like it's running I can open the CD Rom and CD RW. . . Help!

Actually nothing comes up on the screen. Don't know if it even goes through POST because the BIOS info and the Memory count doesn't come up.
