I used to be able to burn CDs just fine, and all of a sudden I wasn't able to anymore.
In windows media it says "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
    Ahh, help!

What program are you using to burn CDs?
    Open My Computer
    Rt-click the CD drive/Properties
Under the recording tab, click "Enable..."

In Device Manager, rt-click this drive and uninstall.
Reboot to reinstall and try again.
