Have you used any registry cleaners?

What is all the junk that you typed at the bottom?

Registry cleaners hasn't worked. I used the Eusing registry cleaner and it hasn't worked. It says all the registry problems have been solved but I still have the same issues.

I Just found out that all my files in my documents have been deleted....

looking at those reg key's you definitely have a virus.

Might try this first since it don't have to be installed. mcafee Stinger
    after that
Are you running an updated virus program? If not try free Microsoft Security Essentials
not sure it can straighten all those bad keys till you find out what you have.

Registry cleaners only damage your system. If you have used them, restore the backups and remove the programs. Many things they "fixed" are now errors that they say are "correct".

Did you use a cleaner before this started?

I have used McAfee to fix some of the viruses and I still have a problem. Some of my files are now visible but not all and I still cant change desktop wallpaper... And also the files which are now visible look as if they have faded( the colour of the desktop icons)
