Can't connect to a website

    I know it's up, and i turn all my firewall's off and it still doesn't work.
    the website is
    It works on my computer but not my cousins. No idea why. It says

    Hiya and welcome

    Are you still having this problem? If so, lets see if a cleanup will help:

    Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab. Under Delete Files, delete offline content.

    Advanced tab. Scroll down to Security, and tick the box for Empty Tempory Internet pages....Apply and OK.

    Does that help?
