Can't connect to Internet Explorer

    I have Windows XP and when trying to connect to Explorer get a Runtime Error - application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact app support for info. Help!!

    Windows XP comes with Internet Explorer 6, but it was later updated to versions 7 and then to version 8.
    Which version are you using?

    Even if you're using version 8, it's gotten so old and outdated that most websites don't support it anymore.
    Mozilla Firefox 53 ESR is still supported in Windows XP and should allow you to access all of your websites.
