Cant connect to internet (moved from Windows 10 forum)

We have two modems at our home, and both of them say: "Secured, no internet connection"
I've tried everything, nothing works. Help!

Brand and model of each modem?

Who is your ISP? Are you sure that your internet service has been activated? Has either of the modems been registered with your ISP?
