Hey! I'm having issues with my wireless network adapter.
When I try to connect to any WiFi (I tried both my home WiFi and my mobile data hot-spot) it just says "getting information from.." or "connecting", but it never does. When I run a troubleshoot it says something along the lines of "local area connection adapter is not working properly" and "a network cable is not properly plugged in or might be broken". It's definitely not a problem with the physical adapter because I recently bought a new one.

Almost sounds like it doesn't detect the wireless connection... have you tried new drivers?
