Can't delete temporary internet files

Hi, my brother sent me link to smileycentral while we were instant messaging. I mistakenly clicked the link and now the application is in my temporary internet files; i can't delete it. what should i do? here's my hjt log:

How are you trying to do it?

I usually go into Control Panel - Internet Options
Click the button Delete Cookies, Delete Files
Then Clear History

Or actually locate the Temporary Internet Files folder
Then do Edit>Select All, then hit the delete key

Also, maybe try doing a Disk Cleanup
Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools

It might work if you try in Safe Mode

But you will probably have to go into Windows Explorer and make the folder options "show all files".

Then locate the folder and delete it's contents
Empty Recycle Bin

It discusses that particular folder and gives you the DOS command on how to delete it
