can't download a cd rom

    i try to download a cd rom and it say's .dll file,msvbvm60.dll

    when i download msvbm60.dll-when finished this pops up on screen: an error occured while olading the file c:\windows\temporary internet files\content.ie5\u3jo4t6m60[1].zip. the file is damaged or is not a valid dr. watson log file.

    Do you have a zip program such as Winzip? If you don't you will have to get one first. If you do, try the download again, but this time right click on it and select "save target as". Then specify a folder to download it to, such as My Documents. Then unzip it and follow directions.
