Can't download any new apps

    Processor Count: 4
    RAM: 16309 Mb
    Graphics Card: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 540, 1024 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: 952 GB (917 GB Free);
    Motherboard: Microsoft Corporation, Surface Pro 4
    Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled

    I just received a replacement Surface Pro 4 and I can't install any new apps without receiving error message
    Ox803FB005. All the rest of the apps work on the computer but it will not update or install new apps without that message code.

    Since it's not working correctly, return it for a replacement or refund.
