    Hi Kevin,

If you're running Windows 98, this is often fixed by installing DCOM 98.

    http://www.microsoft.com/com/dcom/dcom98/dcom1_3.asp

If no joy, try importing this reg file:

    REGEDIT4

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0000010e-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}]
    @="IDataObject"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0000010e-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\NumMethods]
    @="12"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0000010e-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\ProxyStubClsid32]
    @="{00000320-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000320-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}]
    @="oleprx32_PSFactory"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000320-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\InprocServer32]
    @="ole32.dll"

Copy the bold to Notepad, save as DragnDrop.reg, and doubleclick to have it imported into the Registry.

    Reboot

    Good luck,

    Yes, I know, I didn't read....

I think you should back up your registry, to be sure, and try importing the reg file to see whether it works.

Don't try DCOM. It really is for Win98.

    Good luck,
