I've reset the CMOS settings of my computer (DELL 3100c) the problem now is I can't enter the bios with the USB keyboard. There are no PS/2 connections at all on the computer. When the computer starts up a screen comes on saying floppy diskette failure hit F1 or F2, but no keys work.

Does anyone know of a way I can enter the bios?

Any help would be greatly appereciated as I'm completely stuck!

    Try another keyboard.

Remove the cmos battery for 15 minutes, reinsert it and try to enter the bios. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim3100C/en/SM_en/parts0.htm#wp1056769

If you still have the floppy error and can get into the bios, go to the "Drives" section and turn the floppy controller to OFF.

I suggest replacing the cmos battery with a new one while you are in there.

    CR2032 is the battery type

All your documents for that Dimension 3100C
