Cant find active mixer. new to computers. Sound doesnt work!!

    my sound does not work at all. my computer information is :

    Did you install the drivers for the sound card? After reinstalling Windows you need to install all the drivers for the motherboard. Do you have a drivers disk? Or is this a factory machine that restores the system back to the factory installation?
