:( I have Outlook Express! when i try to receive mail i get a box that say
A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'dw_roadbound', Server: 'pop.west.cox.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

Try googleing your service provider(example: Aliant webmail) . You will have to provide your email address and password to access your mail. Clear up everything you don't have to keep.Problems may be email(s) with large files/attatchments just to big for your system.
This has happened to me a couple of times. Why? I have no idea but it worked for me..

I cleared everything in the host server leaving three small messages to be downloaded. Still I can't download my email from host server.

Have you tried to scan for virus's? I had the exact same problem before. You could have a virus that is just in your e-mail.

Yes! I ran Norton and it didn't find anything. I think this is do to not enough memory but I need one of the tech guys to look at "HiJack This" and assist me in deleting items.
