cant get my Pc to stop starting over n over again

    My PC keeps starting over and over again and it doesnt let me reboot it wont stop on a screen at all. It keeps saying WE APOLAGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,BUT WINDOWS DID NOT STTART SUCCESFULLY. dah REALY LOL I NEED HEP PEASE:(

    You will need more information than that, there can be a million reasons for this.

    What is your Operating system?

    What you are saying is a bit confusing also, you say you can not reboot and that it does not stop at any screen, so unless you can get to the start button you wont be able to.

    Have you tried putting the hard drive on to another computer you are using to have posed here, as a slave and seeing if you can get info off it this way, which is why I am presuming that you want to get into it, otherwise you would have reformat ed or replaced the hard drive already.

    Did anything out of the ordinary happen recently before this happened or did you install a program recently?

    Just knocking about a few ideas here.
