Can't get rid of DSO Exploit

    When I run SpyBot, it detects 5 registry entries of DSO Exploit and I get rid of it. When I restart my computer and run Spybot again, its back again. I am getting some porn pop-ups and assume this is what is causing it. Please help! Here is my current log.
