    Hi,

iTunes won't install on my laptop - I'm bad with technology so have no idea where to start (please use simple terms with me). I've attached a document with a screen shot of the message that appears when I try to install it.

    Thanks,
    Tiah

Try uninstalling itunes from your computer if you already have it and try installing it again.
It should work because I just installed it on my Windows 10 computer a few days back.

I don't have it on my computer yet, I've done it before on other computers and haven't had a problem with it, but this is my first time installing it on this one.

Maybe the link for apple may be down. Try again later or keep trying.
Sometimes Windows 10 may have some issues when installing programs in it.

Try using Internet Explorer instead of Edge
or use Google Chrome or other web page.

I've tried it with all (explorer, edge + chrome)... all do the same thing. I've also been trying for a while and re-downloading, so I think it could be an issue with my computer??

If you have itunes saved try right click and select run as administrator.
