cant load software due to grahics card/video card

    i formated a machine coz it had a registry problem...and i reloaded win 95 on it...now as i go to load the music software its says something about the graphics card...now i think i have got to reload the graphics card...is that the same as the video card!!!
    anyway ihave an identical machine that is working ok ..how can i check what the graphics card is?? i have a feeling it says it at start up but it goes that fast i cant catch it...what do i do

    You should be able to go into device manager on the running machine and check under display adapters. If it's configured correctly it should show you what card is in it.
