Can't Move a File at One Drive's Site for a Week!

Guys,
I have not been able to consistently move a file to a folder in One Drive's website for at least a week:

1.) It started out where I would log in and the main page at the site would not even load.
2.) If it did load the little folder icon when trying to do a move action would keep spinning and spinning
3.) Sent Feedback at the Feedback Hub in Windows 10.
4.) The upload and download part works
5.) This happens in both MS Edge and Firefox.
6.) Once I was able to get the move action to complete, but it was very, very slow.
7.) I have Windows 10 with a local account on this machine. Only the One Drive Website is affected by this behavior.

Do you use the Onedrive for desktop app to upload?

Also have you checked your speeds recently?
