I have a Dell laptop pc windows 10, SSD
As cloud backup I chose Google drive but for daily work I took a subscription to Icloud and pay monthly [200Gb] I backed up there some 145 Gb, but suddenly can't open on any of my 3 computers Icloud.com[cloud on the net] [endless "circling" as we all know, never get connected]
    Whatever I tried, no way.
Apple is hardly or not reachable. Send endless faulty messages to them as the site suggests, but to deaf ears.
    Simply stuck
    Can anyone help?

I downloaded the last icloud application.
Nothing works, no reaction from icloud community to whom I wrote.
I find Apple in many ways [in contrast to most of the Apple lovers] dreadful but decided to use this service as it looked easily and straight forward.
There seems no way to contact Apple except for the community with no success,
    .
    thanks for your reaction

So you are paying monthly for a subscription that doesn't work? It seems to me the payment should include a bit of support rather than depending on other users to help. Sad!

Perhaps ask around to see where others are storing files and how well it works.

If you are using Google Chrome, select the lock icon (click) or the letter i with a circle (where you enter the website) and then select "site settings" and then select flash to "allow" and reload application for icloud.
