Cant open task manager/regedit/virus scan not working

    Hi, please help, I cant open my task manager. I did search for relavant info on this in this forum but couldn't find any solution to it. Can any expert here help me solves this problem? Million thanks in advance for your precious advice.

    I cant open HijackThis in normal mode that y i got it in safe mode

    Welcome to TSG!! :)

    Go here and run at least two of the online scanners.

    Then go to the Microsoft windows update site and get all of the critical updates.

    When complete post another HJT log for review.
