Can't play online games

I have an ongoing problem. I can't play online games at my house. I already upgrade my internet for the gaming one however every time that I connect to a gaming server I get instantly disconnected and can't play it. However, I still have internet connection on my device and other devices as well.
However when I try to play in other houses but with same device, I have no issues with this. So it can't be device or antivirus/firewall problem because it works in other houses, but at the same time doesn't make sense being the internet problem as I have the fastest broadband available that is designed for games.
Any help on this? I really can't find out a solution for this.
Thank you

First step is to enter router settings and adjust NAT settings.

For best MMO gaming experience you want Full Cone (static) NAT.

Please follow bellow steps to open PowerShell:

1. go to computer that is having this problem, it should be connected to network (router) that is producing this issue.
2. Right click on Windows button and select "Windows PowerShell"
3. type bellow code into console:
ipconfig
hit enter

4. In the output copy IP address from field that says "Default Gateway"
5. enter this IP into browser address bar and press enter to enter router log in page.
6. log into router and search for NAT settings.

Username/password should be located on the router sticker (if not changed)

What settings related to NAT do you see after you log into router?

That's what comes up with

Broadband Connected
WiFi Enabled
WiFi Network Name (SSID) SKYX2MLF
WiFi Network Visible Yes
Current WiFi Channel 6 (2.4 GHz), 36 (5 GHz)
WiFi Encryption WPA2-PSK
VoiceConnected

When I try to log in it say my connection to the website is not private

That means your router does not provide HTTPS connection but plain HTTP instead,
no need to worry about that much.

What you're looking for is NAT settings (NAT means "Network Address Translation")

Do you see these settings somewhere? try playing around to find them, just don't change anything.

I've manage to log in, I was entering the worn username.
There's a bunch of things that come up with, but not sure where to find the information required.
Don't know in which categories would that be, already scroll through all but don't see NAT anywhere

Not sure, each router is different.

try find NAT in one of the:
1. "LAN IP settings"
2. "Ethernet"
3. "WI-FI

Search all of them if you can't find, if unsure feel free to post screenshots. it must be somewhere.

OK, not here, see in:
"Security"
and
"Maintenance"

These should have multiple sub groups, if so expand them to find "NAT"
