cant reboot sometimes

    im not sure what happen..but a few times when i wanna restart or shutdown..it jam at."window is shutting down"..this happen when i found that i cant connect to the internet..

    and sometimes..my speaker tend to have sound at the right speaker but not the left speaker..it keep switching sides..

    im not sure if this is a hardware problem or window problem..

    im using window XP..a month ago..i reformat because i cant shutdown too..

    at the start..it seems no problem at all..after a few weeks..i cant seems to shutdown..

    anyone can help me?thanx

    yeah thanx...but im sure is not my computer problem..i hav done it with spybot n ad-aware..but no problems seems to found..i use antivirus too..even check with hjt

    if it is window problem..i have to reinstall again.. anyway..i did use my old computer harddrive..will this affect my computer?

    now i have another problem..it too longer to connect to internet..too it longer den usual..
