What error are you getting when receiving emails, and what program are you using?

I can't say for sure as I don't use Microsoft Mail, but one possible issue is you may have a view filter set. Are you able to send emails from the account on the affected computer?

You say that your mail is Comcast, but using a Fios connection?
Are you set to use Pop or Imap?
If Pop, what program and version are you using?

Last I heard, once you stop your Comcast as your internet provider, you lose the email addresses linked to that service.

Are you sure that you are sending using Comcast?
I believe that your Comcast accounts are not in service.

Well, I learned something new. You can drop Comcast and still keep email.

After you disconnect your service, you can still access your email account via the methods below:
    • Xfinity Connect (online on your laptop or PC).
    • The Xfinity Connect app.
    • Third-party email applications.
