I have to go into wallpaper under display props to do it and its getting very annoying...how can i get back where i just click right and set an image as wallpaper?

Good question... for the time being you could go to your properties on your desktop and in the part where you have 'wallpaper', click on browse and choose one of your pictures..

The context menu is dependent on the program in which it occurs. What program are you using to view the pictures that don't have that option?
