CANT RUN .bat !!! please help

    Hey, im trying to run a bath file (.bat) but when I try to open it or double click it I just see a quick flash of a cmd promt and then my desktop again. anybody know how I can run the file? help would be greatly appreciated thanx!

    Run it from a command prompt and see if there are any error messages.

    what do you mean run it from cmd promt? more specific please.

    He meant going to DOS. (Start-run-type "cmd" and press enter)

    Right click and choose edit for the batch file. Your last two commands should read this;

    echo Complete.
    pause




    This will wait until a key is pressed before it closes.
