I have 2 desktops and 1 laptop all running windows 10 home. All 3 computers can see each other no problem. However, after a restart or shutdown only the desktops can see each other. I reset the network settings on the laptop and all is fine again until the next restart or shutdown. All 3 are using a microsoft account.
