Can't see fonts

    Its been three days that i am encountering this problem when i post messages in this forum and other forums like this I can't see the fonts i am typing. I just see the cursor moving as i type and whin i stop typing after some moments the fonts appear. But while using yahoo and hotmail when i compose i dont see this problem. My system also gets slower when i am encountering this problem. Please help me.
    I am using Windows ME edition

    This sometimes happens because you have a lot running in the background. Please run StartupList 1.5 and post the contents here.
