Can't send mail from websites

    I have outlook express with IE 6 and I used to be able to send emails directly from websites that had a contact address.Now if I try an error message comes up saying "Cannot send mail-no mail program set up to send mail using internet shortcuts". Does anyone know how to fix this?

    2 things to try

    1st. Using IE tools/options/programs. make sure your preferred email client is in drop down box

    2nd. open OE assuming that is your email program /tools/options and click make default email program at bottom of general page
