cant send mail through exchange

hi guys,

our exchange box has been working fine for months,
now in the last half an hour when you click on send / receive you get a mail into your inbox. it is saying ip address 215.83.xxx.xxx (this is our address) is blocked...and it has some reference to spamhouse.org

i was looking under exchange system manager and MTA has a exclamation mark.
do i need this running? i read it was only if you were connecting to a foreign connection or something...which services are required by exchange 2003...

We can receive email ok...



i dont know cause im not on site yet...as soon as i see the full mail i will post here
anybody had thesame problem...or know why this is happening?

there was nothing wrong with the server just some project called
http://www.spamhaus.org/ that had blocked the address...why...how can they do this?
anyway i went through the unblock procedure and everything is ok...
