Can't stay connected to internet

    Are you connected via wireless or Ethernet?
    Any other devices having the same issue?

    OK. When you lose connection, do you have any notifications on the bottom right, like a red x in the networking icon?

    When you lose connectivity, go to Command Prompt and type ipconfig /all and copy the information and paste it here once you get connnectivity back.

    Here's how you copy:
    1. Right click the command prompt box and click on Select All
    2. Press the Enter key.

    Paste the results in your next post.
