Ok so I have a Lenovo V330 and I have the bios administrator password for it but I can't type it in -fully-. The password contains Capital letters, an underscore, and a percent that I can't type. Whenever I try to type those the computer beeps.

Sounds like someone may have given you the wrong password or, the keyboard has been damaged somehow and needs to be replaced.

How exactly and by whom did that administrator password get placed in the BIOS of that Lenovo V330 series laptop?

What is the exact serial number on it?

It was given to me by our company technician, he’s currently on holiday and I can’t contact him whatsoever. It says here that the serial number is (R90QLFUZ)

in that case, you will need to wait to speak with that technician, as we cannot assist further. As a result, closing thread.

thanks,
