HI,

I'm trying to uninstall quake 2 from my computer to free up hard drive space. When I do I get an error message:

"Unable to locate the installation log file 'c:\my games\Uninst.isu' Uninstallation will not continue"

A couple weeks ago I made the mistake of deleting a folder called My Games. It had a lot of free games in it that I downloaded off the internet. But I guess I deleted this file as well.

Do you know how I can get a new copy of this file? I don't know where it comes from, I have run a search on my Quake 2 CD and my Windows XP CD and didn't see them in there.

My computer is has an AMD Duron 1.1GHz chip, 256MB RAM, and I run on Windows XP Home.

Thanks,
Rowan

Hello Rowan and welcome to the forum!

Install Quake2 into the same folder then try uninstalling it.
