If I put code on the Form_Error I can capture the fact that the user is trying to insert a duplicate record into the table. However, by that time Access is already closing the database and I can't seem to stop the access errors. I want to be able to take control and get back to the form so the user can reenter corrected data. How can I do this? No matter where I try I don't seem to be able to capture the error anywhere except until it is too late to do anything about it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
