My 2014 toyota camry le interior light does not come on when the doors are open. I believe it has something to do with the rear dome light. I read somewhere on net that said the switch needs to be in the middle. Does it shut off after a few seconds when the door is closed? I am away from the car in order to try it.

Did you ever resolve this issue? The switch on the dome light needs to be in the correct position.
