I have a vast collection of DVD's (1000's) I want to catalog them.

For my music I use MusicMatch, I like how I can view my music library alphabetically by title, artist, genre, year, etc. I am looking for a very similar way of organizing my DVD's

Are there any programs you can recommend?

    Thanks in advance.

    are these 'offline' ?

If so, might be a good time to start using MS Access or similar.

This has more functionality as it will enable you to query on certain criteria that you have entered,

eg. all action films bought after a certain date, etc, etc...

obviously a lot of data entry would be required, but i don't see how else you will get your info imported into such a program
