Hi. I was having some problems with CD-RW/DVD-R drive. It is a samsung drive which should play CDs and DVDs both which it used to do previously. But now,it accepts only DVDs but shows the following error message when I try to open a CD: "Please insert a disk into drive D:/". It plays DVD really well. I am using the Windows XP operating system. Please tell me the problem and how to solve it in an email as soon as you can. Thank you :) .
