There is a Pac-Man clone for MS-DOS named CD-Man. CD-Man was created by a company named Creative Dimensions.
The pre-release version of CD-Man includes the regular yellow Pac-Man character and 2-and-a-half well-designed levels.
Unfortunately, the yellow pizza guy was removed from the official release version of CD-Man, which consists of 5 levels.
In the official release version of CD-Man (aka CD-Man 2.0), the Pac-Man character was replaced by a white furry alien.
I'd like to hack CD-Man 2.0's resources and replace the white furry alien with Pac-Man. Does anybody know a software program that can hack MS-DOS stuff?

P.S. Unfortunately, I don't know which programming language was used to program CD-Man.
