Hi. I was thinking of getting a new CD-ReWriter drive for my new pc. I have one on my old pc but it's old and not very good. I was just wondering what you people think is the best CD-ReWriter drive on the market?

I like LG. Truth is for features they're all pretty much the same. If you shop around you can get CD burners for a few dollars sometimes which makes them fairly disposable if they fail after a year and within a year you have warranty on all model.s

I also like Lite-on, they are very reliable. However, don't get a Sony drive many of them fail in the first 6 months

We put LG burners in all our new machines, the failure rate has been less than 1%, they're very reliable drives.
