Usually the CDROM is automatically "found" and is listed in BIOS. A little more info would be helpful. Is this a newly installed drive or something that was working before and now has "disappeared". If it was previously working did you make any changes to your system? If new how do you have it hooked up? Is it on the same cable as any other drive? Do you have the master/slave jumpers right?

Set all the IDE channels to AUTO in the BIOS, which is the default settings. All done. :D
